Since the term “foodie” has become an official term, it’s no surprise that people are getting serious about their love for food. Take Steph of Momofuku for 2!
This Canadian lady was so in love with the Momofuku restaurant franchise, she created a blog dedicated to it. After receiving the Momofuku recipe book for Christmas, she challenged herself to cook every single recipe in it!
The Momofuku franchise itself was founded by chef David Chang, and has now grown into a foodie empire! It includes a noodle bar and a milk bar, both of which have multiple locations in NYC. You can even order goodies online!
All Momofuku locations are integral parts of the NYC foodie world. They’re definitely worth a try if you’re in town, although for those of us who aren’t city natives like Steph, there’s always DIY! Which one to try first? I think I’d like the Steamed Buns, but they look almost too cute to eat!
