Gladiator sandals
These shoes are based off of the Ancient Roman warriors who would wear these strappy sandals while in battle. Luckily for us, they have been revamped by fashion designers into one of the most popular designs that continue to rebound with a vengeance. The strappy tough style is a perfect way to add edge into your summer wardrobe.
Metallic
Metallic shoes are promised to be huge this summer. Whether it’s the classic gold, or silver, or a completely new funky metallic shade of mint green, they will definitely catch other people’s eyes. If the trend seems a bit too bold for everyday wear, try a pair of cute flats with a metal cap.
Color blocked
Color-blocking occurs when multiple colors or patterns are featured in a contrasted way across shoes. These are hot hot hot this summer. Whether it’s mixing black or white, or various prints into neon sandals, color-blocked shoes are stealing the show.

With the revival of jelly shoes, many fashion designers have been adding transparent touches in their new shoe designs. Although it sounds like an odd trend, be warned: the transparent heels, whether they are wedges, or pumps, are making a huge punch into the fashion world.
