Easy DIY Halloween Costumes for Pets
Halloween is just one week away and we’ve been finalizing our costumes over the last couple weeks. Now we’re shifting our attention to our furry friends because let’s face it, they have to dress up too! Why should you be the only one having fun dressing up? We made a list of DIY Halloween costumes for pets that are easy, cute, and great for last minute trick or treaters!
Bat
How cute does this French Bulldog look? This is a great last minute costume, and so easy to make! Just cut out felt wings, add wire and tie them to a headband. If your dog is not a great fan of head gear, tie the wings around his back!
Mummy
This Halloween costume could not be more perfect for those who have procrastinated! All you need is gauze and fake blood and voila! Your pup is now a mummy!
Beanie Baby
This costume couldn’t get any simpler. All you need is some read and white paper and you are good to go! Dress up as a puppy beanie baby yourself and you two will be twins!
Cupcake
We can’t handle how cute this little cupcake dog looks (or should we say pupcake?) This costume requires some DIY skills, but is definitely worth it.
Harry Potter
Get the glasses at your favorite Halloween store and add a miniature Gryffindor scarf and your puppy will be the “chosen one”. If your dog refuses to wear glasses, just skip them and add a black cape for a cloak!
