Grand Opening Event of Jeffrey Smith Salon
Last night we slipped into our Sunday’s best (DVF from Lex & Lynne) and headed over to Highland Park to celebrate the Jeffrey Smith Salon grand opening. When Smith first opened the doors of his salon in 2002 he took a chance in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Lawrenceville, which has since grown and thrived beyond anyone’s imagination. After years of success in Lawrenceville, he and the crew decided they were up for a new challenge and and headed to Highland Park in the hopes to build up that community as well.
The grand opening event of the new location was just as upbeat and vibrant as the team that makes up the studio. Guests enjoyed wine and food from a variety of restaurants including E2, Joseph Tambellini’s and other Highland Park eateries. DJ 7UP was on site playing a variety of dance favorites as partygoers admired the salon’s unique artwork from artist Terry Boyd. Of course Smith’s other passion, jewelry, was a focal point as well. New designs from the business owner were displayed showcasing his immense talent of all things beauty. These pieces definitely make a statement and the bright colors used has us just that more excited for spring. How can one person be so talented?
Make sure to head over to the salon’s new bigger and better location at 5806 Bryant St, Highland Park, PA 15206 and follow them on Facebook for even more updates!
