Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta
Brussels Sprouts often get a bad reputation but are actually are one of the healthiest foods for your body. Although they have a unique taste that doesn’t please everyone, combining other foods in a dish with Brussels sprouts often brings out a new and savory flavor than by itself. One food that really goes well with Brussels sprouts is pancetta. Pancetta is a type of bacon that can often be found diced up and smoked. It takes over more of the stronger flavors of the Brussels sprouts and gives the dish a nice un-overbearing taste.
