Blogger of the Week: Ebba Zingmark
Ebba Zingmark is a super star of the blogging world. She started when she was only 14 and hasn’t taken a break since. Whether she’s rocking her naturally red hair or showcasing blonde locks, this model is a total babe. We love her cool European street style that makes us want to stroll along the streets of Berlin. With over 100k followers on Instagram we know we are not the only ones who feel that way. Read on to find out where she gets her inspiration from.
Maniac Magazine: Who or what inspires you most when it comes to fashion?
Ebba Zingmark: The little things in my everyday life! For example people on the street, the nature and cool environments.
MM: What is one piece of clothing that you cannot live without?
EZ: Right now in the fall I would say my big grey scarf, I use it eeeeevery day.
MM: How would you describe your personal style?
EZ: Minimalistic and mixed. I like to have one piece that pops to make the look more interesting.
MM: What is your worst fashion faux pas?
EZ: Hm, I think you can’t do mistakes in fashion, since there’s no rules. Fashion should be fun, and all about your style! Nothing that can be messed up.
MM: You are originally from northern Sweden. What is your secret to staying warm in the winter, while still looking fashionable?
EZ: Layers layers layers! I think it’s a really cool trend and it’s keeping me warm.
MM: You moved from Sweden to Germany. What inspired you to make this move? Has living in Germany changed yourpersonal style?
EZ: I was tired of my hometown because I’ve been living there whole my life. And when I visited Berlin for the first time i fell in love with the city. It’s so cool people here and I enjoy all the culture!
MM: Is there any other place in the world you would want to live?
EZ: Not for the moment, but like many others I have a feeling that I would be really comfortable living in New York.
MM: You were super young when you started blogging. What made you start? When did your blog first get noticed?
EZ: In the beginning I just wanted to share my thoughts about fashion and publish my pictures. I think it was thanks to lookbook.nu I suddenly got noticed by people from all over the world and could create a big following.
MM: When you aren’t blogging or working, what do you like to do for fun?
EZ: I like to take long walks in the forest and spend time with animals. Here in Berlin I really enjoy going to cool markets to check out some vintage clothes and furniture.
MM: What is your most maniac moment?
EZ: Haha hmmmm… Well once there was a man getting arrested by police for selling drugs behind me while shooting. I didn’t notice it until I saw the pictures- and you could see the whole event from beginning to end, haha.
