Pittsburgh was home to an amazing event last night that included some of the cities finest food, people and of course, lots of cars. Mini Cooper and MANIAC Magazine came together to host a private Mini of Pittsburgh Test Drive Event and it went off without a hitch. Guests enjoyed pizza, wings, and chips and dip courtesy of big Burrito and Pizza Sola while they waited to get behind the wheel.
Mini of Pittsburgh offered their latest models to us MANIACS, including the Cooper Countryman, Cooper S Clubman, and our favorite the Cooper Convertible. The dealership, located on Baum Boulevard, opened its doors and allowed us to test drive their vehicles for a whole two hours.
Corey LeChat from Big Burrito took the 2011 Countryman out for a spin, equipped with his driving gloves, which he says “makes the driving experience”. Ashley Jendrasik from Savoy then drove the Cooper Convertible around town and said she loved it just as much as we did. Other fans of the MINI who were in attendance included Bridgette Cunningham from Ambiance Boutique, Amy Taylor from Creative Visions, and Eileen French and Gina Mignona with Revive Marketing.
The guests drove throughout the city and returned with smiles on their faces. Not one car seemed to disappoint and drivers ended the night but gushing over the MINI.
