Maniac Magazine attended the 13th Annual Highmark Presents Lights! Glamour! Action! Oscar party this past Sunday, and chic does not begin to cover it. This annual fundraiser is hosted each year by the Pittsburgh Film Office, an organization that has helped bring in nearly $660 million to the Pittsburgh region from Hollywood productions since 1994.
Partygoers were dressed to the nines to watch their favorite actors and actresses take the stage, while helping themselves to some delicious food and drinks. For pop culture mavens there was also an exciting auction, featuring over 200 items like an autographed Dark Knight Rises poster, a Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr autographed guitar, and other pieces from music legends Pink Floyd, Frank Sinatra and Michael Jackson.
