Following her seizure scare on March 7th we weren’t sure if former MANIAC cover girl Kelly Osbourne would be making too many public appearances, but it looks to us that Ms. Kelly O has hit the ground running and looks fabulous while doing so.
Kelly absolutely glowed at a photocall in Amsterdam to promote E! Fashion Police on Friday, wearing a shirt adorned with a Colonel Sanders bow, and black and white polka dot trousers. Lavender hair swept into a pretty up-do and a bright pink pout complete her look.
