Mark the date on your calendar –eatPGH is releasing their second book, Pittsburgh Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes from the Steal City, on December 17, 2013! Get ready to be transported into the Pittsburgh dining scene.
The book will be featuring 50 of the Burgh’s top dining hot spots and you’ll be able to recreate specialty dishes with over 90 recipes by the finest chefs around Pittsburgh! There are all sorts of recipes in the book, from appetizers to entrees, desserts and cocktails. The level of difficulty for preparing each dish ranges from easy to professional, but definitely approachable. Some recipes featured are Ground Hazelnut Ricotta Cake, Stinging Nettles Soup and Bone Marrow Ravioli. And if you think those names sound delicious, wait until you see the photographs. Get ready to be hit with over 100 mouthwatering photographs of each savory dish.
