The halftime show for Super Bowl XLVII Sunday night didn’t disappoint—and honestly, with Beyoncé performing, how could it?
Bursting onto the stage amidst fireworks, flames, and a black leather and lace bodysuit by Rubin Singer, she tore through hits like, “Crazy in Love,” “End of Time,” “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It), and “Halo,” proving that new baby or no new baby, she was made to do this stuff.
Strutting all over the stage, swinging her hips as only Queen B really can, and giving the audience hair flip after hair flip, she was eventually joined by former Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, who sang their hits, “Bootylicious,” and “Independent Woman” to the screaming crowd. As a group, they’ve most definitely still got it.
