Hoola by Benefit
Benefit has always been one of my favorite make up and beauty care lines. The reason for this is because for one, how well their products work and secondly (and let’s face it, the reason you take a look at Benefit products in the first place) their amazingly beautiful packaging. Their new Hoola by Benefit bronzer line is in my opinion, the best collection they have ever delivered! This line includes a new and improved version of the ever-so-loved bronzing powder, a liquid bronzer, and zero tan lines all-over body bronzer. The last product is what I’m here to talk to you all about today, because let me tell you, it is life changing!
When it comes to my skin, I tan very easily in the summer and usually never have a problem achieving a great summer-glow. Like most people though, as the weather gets colder and the sun goes into hibernation, my skin turns as white as the snow on the ground and my tan is just a memory. When spring comes around, that is when I end up in trouble. It’s not warm enough to get a natural tan, but it’s the start of skirt, dress, and t-shirt season. So what’s a girl to do? I’ve tried endless amounts of gradual tanner lotions, I’ve got really bad spray tans, and I’ve never had any luck. Either there are absolutely no changes in my skin tone, or overnight it turns into a streaky, oompa-lumpa mess. However, last week I discovered the holy grail of self-tanners and I promise you I will never look back to fake spray tans again!
The Hoola by Benefit all-over body bronzer is in a gel form, so it’s not sticky or thick like a lotion. It easily glides over your skin
and is perfect for when you need to bronze up a bit to rock your spring look. It’s non-transferrable and streak free (yes, really!), so after you give it a few minutes to dry, the only place you’ll see this bronzer is on your skin! It has a 12 hour life span (it washes off in the shower) and will keep your glow going all day long. The best part? the product comes with an awesome sponge-like applicator (it’s hidden in the lid!) that makes applying the bronzer that much more convenient, and no need to worry about having orange hands after!
The bronzer is available at Ulta and Sephora for $30.
