I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like Target. It’s the department store sent straight down from Heaven, as far as I’m concerned. We all know you can walk into Target to pick up one necessity and leave two hours later with an entire cart full of extremely useful, pretty, and most likely unnecessary items. One of the many departments at Target that I can get (voluntarily) lost in is the Target beauty and make up section!
